147. Every account of the Directors, when audited When ac- and approved by a General Meeting, shall be conclusive counts to be except as regards any error discovered therein within deemed final-
ly settled. three months next after the approval thereof. Whenever any such error is discovered within that period, the account shall forthwith be corrected, and thenceforth shall be conclusive.
Notices.
148. Subject to the provisions of these Presents a Service of notice may be served by the Company upon any member notices. either by advertisement in a newspaper or newspapers circulating in the Colony of Hong Kong for such period as the Directors shall think fit, or personally, or by sending it through the post in a prepaid envelope or wrapper, addressed to such member at his registered place of address.
